Around the “Oberpichlhof” at the Kronplatz are countless ways to let off steam, to calm down and to connect both in nature. Whether long descents on the snow covered slopes at the Kronplatz, adventurous hikes in the Dolomites or having a break in one of the many rustic mountain huts: For your experience in holiday will be provided. Winter, spring, summer or autumn: Each season has its advantages. Long sunny days on the slopes in March or walks around the Lake Braies in the cool late summer will amaze you. Summer breeze

At 1400 meters above sea level, it can be fresh even in summer sometimes. Thanks to our location, many hiking paths lead directly into the fascinating area of the UNESCO world heritage of the Dolomites. The mountain bike trails in the Pustertal are phenomenal and for anyone who likes to go on a bicycle, we can recommend going high up over the passes, cycling leisurely through the valley or for all adrenalin junkies the downhill slope on the Kronplatz. The effort will be worth it. The sun terrace will be even more enjoyable later on. Enjoy the cool water in the open swimming pool at Olang for free as our guests!

In March and early April, Kronplatz will welcome you with well-prepared slopes and long sunny days. In combination an unforgettable experience. If the last snow just has disappeared, how about a stroll through Bruneck or a visit in the indoor swimming pool of Reischach or San Candido?

The fastest way to reach the top of the Kronplatz is the Marchner Lift, just a few minutes drive to go. Far away from the snow-covered slopes, special holiday experiences are waiting for you: Whether a snowshoe hike across a sparkling blanket of snow or a day in the cross-country trails in the Biathlon Center in Antholz, there remains definitely nothing to be desired. For autumn lovers

Late summer and especially autumn shows us with their colors a play of lights in our area, which every year is very special. Secluded from the main season, promises this time an unique experience for exploring the Pusertal valley.

Over the seasons

At the top of the Kronplatz, you find the newly built “Messner Mountain Museum Corones” of Reinhold Messner. In the building, designed by star architect Zaha Hadid, opened at three sides, you have a unique view over the Dolomites.
